Challenge Days – Day 2
GRATITUDE … IN CONSCIENCE
The goal of this day is not to dive into the sweet world, but simply to realise that in a single day a lot of nice things happen to us.
Your challenge of the day is to note (on your smartphone, in your diary, or on a simple sheet) every positive moment of the day. It can be your child’s smile, a pleasant meeting, a little afternoon nap retrieval, a meal you like, good news at work …
By the end of the day you should have noted at least 3 positive things of your day. And that’s where recognition and gratitude come …
At the end of the day, be grateful for the positive moments you have experienced. Be aware that we live a lot of fun in a day, whether they are very small or very big.
So, we unlock the note app on the phone, we prepare diary, or a sheet and we check that we have enough ink in pen.
