As a Life Coach I am responsible for guiding people that are confused on what to do into their lives. I support goal-setting, personal growth, and behaviour modification of my clients. I help people to achieve their goals by improving different actions necessary to take control of future plans.
Before our session, I offer 30mn assessment. It’s a very special moment to meet each other and understand your expectations. I’ll take advantage of the opportunity to explain the next session’s proceedings. At the end of our assessment, I’ll offer you exercises and tips to do before our session.
The session last 90mn. After this session you’ll have some tips to control better your life.
